IRN Payment Systems/PartnerAmerica, Announces New Revenue Share Program with Free Terminal
October 7, 2005 - Westbury, NY —IRN Payment Systems/PartnerAmerica, a leadingprovider of payment processing services and hardware solutions, announced during its
national sales conference in Miami, Florida, a new sales program for all ISOs. The new
program includes a free Hypercom® T7Plus credit/debit card terminal, a $100 start up
bonus, plus a 60% revenue share with no minimums, restrictions or quotas.
The T7Plus units will be configured to support credit, debit, EBT, gift card and loyalty
card transactions as well as IRN’s proprietary Paid On Signing 9-second, “real-time”
check/debit processing solution.
The news announcement emphasized that the program is designed to help ISOs broaden
and deepen sales and become more competitive in select marketplaces.
Tom Della Badia, Vice President of Sales, comments, “IRN/PartnerAmerica has always
had the aggressive philosophy of being the EFT leader by beating any competitor’s deal.
We have several other programs under development which will be announced in the
upcoming months. Our goal is to give ISOs the tools, techniques and incentives they
need to win customers quicker and easier.”
The company also emphasized the advantages of Hypercom’s leading processing
technology, including its new software application called HyperLock, that was developed
specifically to support free equipment initiatives. HyperLock protects an ISO’s terminal
population from competitor reprogramming in order to aid merchant retention and assist
ISOs in recouping free terminal placement costs. “Hypercom’s T7Plus is a workhorse
terminal with a full range of features, a reputation for reliability, and now the protection
an ISO needs against ‘slamming’. That makes it an attractive platform for our new free
equipment program,” added Della Badia.
“These agreements with IRN are significant both because of IRN’s market presence and
because the selection of our T7Plus for their free equipment program validates the
competitive benefits of our HyperLock ‘lockdown’ strategy,” said Lisa Shipley, Senior
VP, National Sales, Hypercom North America.
